Wolf Atelier (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit wolfatelier.com, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect
We collect limited, anonymised analytics data to understand how visitors use our website. This helps us improve the site and our services. Specifically, we collect:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- General geographic region (country / city level)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- How you arrived at the site (e.g. direct, search, social media)
We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information unless you submit our contact form voluntarily.
Contact form
If you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is not shared with third parties and is retained only for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use cookies only for analytics purposes (see Section 4). We do not use advertising cookies or any cookies that track you across other websites.

Analytics cookies are only set after you have given your consent via the cookie banner. The consent preference cookie (CookieScriptConsent) is strictly necessary to remember your choice and is always set.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data. IP addresses are anonymised before any data is stored. Data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process analytics data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by re-opening the consent banner using the cookie settings button displayed on the page.
6. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Contact form submissions are retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, then deleted.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access— request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Erasure— ask us to delete your data
- Restriction— ask us to restrict processing of your data
- Portability— receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent— at any time, for analytics data
- Lodge a complaint— with your national data protection authority

Our website contains links to third-party sites (Instagram, Pinterest). These sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
